The prisoner bed is located high above the prisoner, and when they respawn they will spawn in one of two boxes and will then fall down into the cell. They stand on 3 blocks of obsidian and the walls and floor are too far to reach and are covered in lava. This means that if the prisoner jumps off of their platform, they will burn to death before being able to mine anything. Visitors look at the prisoner through a staircase near the ceiling, which is too far to reach.

The prison is a massive sphere made of obsidian. There are hundreds of elder guardians intended to give mining fatigue 3.
