There are two cells - the high security cell and the low security cell. The low security cell gets visitors which pearl glitch through the floor. The high security prisoner and the two low security prisoners rotate every once in a while, if the guards want. Prisoners respawn from below. There are two beds in the low security cell and one in the high security cell.
Outside defence
There are a lot of area bans and many layers of Hi_There's lava grid surrounding the prison. Additionally there are different detectors to prevent entering with a portal, mining down, or pearl glitching from below the bedrock and the nether is entirely area banned.
More Security
The prisoners can play basketball and there is a pearl glitch detector above the visiting process. Area bans inside the prison are placed above cactuses to prevent item elevation from disrupting the machine.
