The cell is far away from anything else. It takes more than 4 hours to escape the cell solo with no items or preparation.Outside Defence
There are layers of water and lava to burn the attacker alive and/or drown them. Hopefully both. Also, there are area bans but most of them need to be switched off because they are in range of important stuff.More Security
All rooms are full of impossible Block 36 to prevent block placement. Unless it gets blown up.
